If your return request is fashion related (i.e. doesn't fit, don't like color, etc.) We cannot accept an exchange or a refund. If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged in shipping, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file set up a replacement. 1. Return & Refund Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

For damaged or misprinted items, no photo proof is required, but the item must be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.

Goat Bar Prep covers return shipping for damaged/misprinted items.

For any other approved returns, the customer covers return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Stickers and magnets are non-returnable.

International sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
6. Processing Time Refunds and replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
